Q: iCloud set up under the wrong Apple id.  How do I fix this?

I have two Apple ids.  When I upgraded to Yosemite, I was asked for my password that I use with the Apple id for iTunes, store, etc.  But it didn't seem to know that I have an Apple ID @mac.com.   How do I fix this?
