Anyways, did something happen to your phone before the touch ID option was gone on iOS 7.1.2, like dropping it or anything that might trigger to hardware issue? As I'm thinking that this could be cause by a faulty sensor already But I never dropped my phone though.

Hey Apple Guys resolve this issue soon...
There are no "Apple Guys" here, only other users. If restores and resets have not fixed the problem you likely have a hardware problem so return it to where you bought it and have the phone examined.

Whatever it is.... it must be resolved soon
