Votre identifiant Apple « mymail» ne peut pas être utilisé pour configurer FaceTime à l’heure actuelle.
S’il s’agit d’un nouvel identifiant Apple, il est inutile d’en créer un autre. Pour utiliser cet identifiant Apple avec FaceTime, contactez l’assistance de l’app FaceTime avec le code ci-dessous.

The answer is : For OS X Yosemite Apple have change her server, and some device don't have this information to have to switch. I call the center and give my code and in a few minutes they unlock my system.
But a the end of my call, he tell me normally this assistance is under cover of apple care and normally need to pay for that, but from commercial service he offer this to me.
So, need to call , no other solution.

I just tested my account on a different mac and it worked fine. When I went to my computer it didn't work. I'll give them a call later.
