Oct 25, 2014 4:55 AM in response to Robert_Cote_NHby Solentandgosport,As I said in my previous email were aware of the iPad problem but they waited unti the release of 8.1 to solve the problem. The thing that still annoys me is that apple did not issue an apology

Oct 25, 2014 9:17 AM in response to adriennefromwashingtonby FreddyBear81,I've had no cellular connection (Verizon) since updating to 8.0 versions. None of the posted "simple" solutions worked for me--I didn't try to reset to factory settings, visit to Apple store, etc. Once 8.1 was issued, I installed it the day it came out thinking it certainly would solve the problem. But it did not work. Still no service!

Nov 30, 2014 5:48 PM in response to Robert_Cote_NHby rum.runner,I have spoken with Apple in an attempt to resolve this issue and their Yosemite issues, their position is that Apple is not aware of any issues. I've tried resetting all my settings on my Ipad back to factory, it was just a temp fix, problem with cell connection continued. Reality is as long as customers that are having these issues continue to support Apple and their shares grow why should they care. They are not about customer service, they are about profit.
