Q: White Lines going down right side of screen top to bottom

My phone fell. It seems to be Frozen and it has 5 1 mm lines going down from top to bottom of the side dude if screen. Other then I've not being able to tun it off or unlock the screen it looks like nothing wrong.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1.2, What could it be ? Help

Ben: Definitely sounds like it's broken something inside, can you take it back to an Apple store? Very difficult to diagnose that without seeing it.
