Oct 31, 2014 9:20 AM in response to rubby0913by Loner T,On your machine Recovery HD and everything after it was deleted including Apple_Boot to get Windows to work, as shown by your diskutil list output. The only method to get it back correctly is to re-install Yosemite.
Can you post the output of diskutil cs list?

Oct 31, 2014 9:46 AM in response to rubby0913by rubby0913,I wish the last choice is re-install the system Mac or startup repair the windows. If re_install is the only choice, should I take the startup repair of windows or re-install the mac system first?
another question is can we just re-built the apple_boot file?

Oct 31, 2014 9:47 AM in response to rubby0913by Loner T,Please reinstall Yosemite first. Windows can be fixed when the internal disk can be accessed. Make sure you pick the correct partition to re-install OSX. Do not erase the internal disk at any cost, otherwise Windows will be lost.

Oct 31, 2014 10:57 AM in response to rubby0913by Loner T,This is installing Mountain Lion, not Yosemite. This means you have to install ML and then upgrade to Yosemite. Do you want me to give you commands to erase just the Macintosh HD?
You should not plug-in the USB when using Command+Opt+R.

Oct 31, 2014 11:53 AM in response to rubby0913by Loner T,I do not see any other choice. You have a CoreStorage volume that is not working.
Can you post a text version of diskutil cs list?
