Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
No data is lost due to a reset.

Oct 31, 2013 5:14 AM in response to Xiurobertby macstoll,In case you have multitple Stores accounts/Apple IDs (like me), make sure you're logged into the same Apple Store account/AppleID (in Settings -> iTunes & App Store) as you are trying with to connect to Game Center. This helped me.

Pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together didn't work and resetting network settings didn't help either. My iphone is connected internet and I check my email

Pressing AND HOLDING sleep button and home button works.

Please sign up one off ( i means game center in setting > game center > Apple ID: > Sign out ) , then will be fine , only one device can be logging in at the same time . ( i don't know whether other people said this before or not )
