Are you signed into an iCloud account?
Does the iPhone work otherwise like Safari works?

Nov 1, 2014 9:03 AM in response to lllaassby whtsup,Everything works normally I'm signed in It just wont let me turn on the backup button. I went to the apple store and they said to wipe the phone and restore it I did that didn't work
