Nov 4, 2014 2:09 PM in response to jar79by ipushparaj,In my case, the phone was missing in the delivered package. I called apple support immediately. Apple started investigation from their side regarding the missing phone in the package. The investigation will take 72 hours. I called apple support after 3 days of investigation, they told me that the phone will be replaced and following day Apple replace the order and send me the tracking number expedite shipment.
The phone was delivered in 5 days.
The better way to resolve the issue is calling Apple Support.
