Q: using itunes u on my pc

I am new to itunes u but my school district has created some resources on itunes u that I need.

However, I presently do not have an iPad and I can't really read on my iPhone.

Can I access my district private itunes resource on a PC or Mac if I have the enroll code?

I have iTunes installed on my computers.
