I would be curious to hear about your experience. I am running my ad on Auto at the moment.

The funny thing is when I choose a website destination such as Amazon the impressions fly out. BUT when pointing to an iTunes campaign it never seems to deliver the impressions despite changing the cpc and cpa bids.
