Q: Yosemite does not wakeup both screens after sleep
Ever since I upgraded my Mac book Pro with the Yosemite, my computer has been having trouble waking from sleep on the external monitor. The Mac Book display comes up fine after sleeping; however, the monitor that I have hooked to the Mac book's thunderbolt port stays black and does not come on or activate from sleep. To fix the problem, I have to unplug the Thunderbolt VGA dongle, wait 15 seconds, and plug dongle back into thunderbolt port. After plugging the dongle back into the Mac book, the monitor activates (picture comes on). This fixes the problem until the next time the Mac book goes to sleep. Then I have to do the same thing over again. I did not have this type of problem before I updated to Yosemite. Any Suggestions?
