Q: Authorize Logic Express on a New Computer

My home computer died. I had Logic Express installed on it. It is also installed on my work computer. Can I somehow de-authorize each license and start over, or at least install it on my new home computer?

You don't need to de-authorize; just install on your new computer and enter your serial number. (You are allowed 2 installations.) This may, however, be problematic depending on which version of LE you have and what OS is on your new computer. If you have LE9 and you're running Mavericks you should be able to install, but before launching LE run Software Update to update to version 9.1.8. I don't honestly know if LE9 will work with Yosemite.
