Q: Software Update Server Address?

I am a little confused about what the software update address should be on my new Yosemite server in Profile Manager so that it can be pushed to the client machines.  In the past we had used index.sucatalog but now in my clean Yosemite and Server 4 install it looks to be telling me to use catalogs.sucatalog.  Which address should I be entering in Profile Manager so that the correct internal Software Update Server address is pushed out to my devices?

Example:

Old address we used with a ML server:

http://fqdn.com:8080/index.sucatalog

Should we now be using:

http://fqdn.com:8080/catalogs.sucatalog

    For anyone wondering, index.sucatalog is the correct one.

    I am still on Server 3.2.2 and have noticed the same issue. For a long time the address for the software update service was ...:8088/index.sucatalog. I am not sure if it came with the update form 3.2.1 to 3.2.2, but the address is now :8088/catalogs.sucatalogs.

    I had a bunch of errors in the Software Update Service Log of the type below:

    [Tue Nov 18 18:27:09 2014] [error] [client fe80::ca2a:14ff:fe13:81d8] File does not exist: /Library/Server/Software Update/Data/html/index.sucatalog.

    I checked the path in the error and the only file was catalogs.sucatalogs.

    I changed my profiles to this address and everything seems fine.

    I really wish there would be doe kind of notification system she they do changes like this.

    I am working with OS X Server and the SUS now for the first days and it took me 2 hours to see that the help (i mean the inline help of the OS X Server) still says the url is ... index.sucatalog, while in fact it is catalogs.sucatalog.

    Apple: Are you serious? How about fixing this little info. Instead we have to crawl through logs and webserver folders to see whats going on. This is a mess!
