Q: iTunes won't sync.

Good day Apple people,

                                        I just got my iPhone 6+ and up till now I am unable to sync my music. I have tried to check/uncheck the "Sync Music" box and I iTunes still prompt me this same error. (picture attached) It doesn't make any sense. What has gone wrong? Does syncing music got anything to do with iCloud?
