iCloud photo sharing is separate from your personal storage plan. The maximum number of photos and videos (combined) that all contributors can add to a shared album is 5000. Videos are limited to 5 minutes in length. (More details here: My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing limits - Apple Support.)
