You will have to remember it...there is no way to recover a forgotten restrictions passcode.

Your only option if you cannot remember is to erase the iPad and restore it from a backup made BEFORE the restrictions passcode was installed.

If you have forgotten the restrictions passcode, you cannot do a simple restore of the system as the restrictions passcode is stored as part of the backup.  The unlock passcode is not stored as part of the backup so you can simply erase and restore to remove it.

In the case of the restrictions passcode, the only way to remove the passcode is an erase of the system, Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.  That removes all of your apps, data, photos, music, etc.  The device is then as if it came out of the box.  You can restore your apps, and so on, if you made a backup of the iPad BEFORE you installed a restrictions passcode.  If you did not make a backup before adding the restrictions passcode, you will have to either live with the iPad as is, or erase and then start the process of downloading apps and music from scratch.

If you have an iCloud account, be sure and put all photos in iCloud photo stream so you can restore them to the iPad after erasing it.
