Wwhat's the problem? If you forgot your password, re-set it at https://Iforgot.apple.com.

IF it's locked with someone else's account, talk to the owner of the account. You can't bypass it.

Call Apple and speak to someone in account security.

I have,but they told me thet they need the receipt which I purchased the phone,but I only have a receipt from the courier company,because I bought the phone online from another person and not from store!

They told me to try to get the receipt from the former owner,but its imposible!

Then you're out of luck. It's a brick. Apple will not intervene.
