Dec 4, 2014 12:52 AM in response to Belal abduby King_Penguin,If you are trying to redeem the card onto your account and you are getting a message that it hasn't been activated then is the store that you bought it from close by so that you could try asking them to activate it properly ? If not then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt)
