    Make certain that you have the latest IOS App Store application installed. Cycle power on your phone. Re-assess access to the store.

     

    The iPhone support community is a far better place to post questions than the AppleWorks support community. The latter is for users of the long since discontinued Apple Office productivity software suite. Nothing to do with any hardware.
