Q: Thunderbolt port is not working properly.

I have MACPRO (Black), i have 2 27" Samsung UHD monitors. i am using HDMI port for my first display and for second display i am using Thunderbolt port. First display is working fine but second display is not showing at all, but i can see the second display in the "Displays". any solutions?

What is the resolution of the monitors?
How is the one monitor connected to the Thunderbolt port? What adopter is used?
Which one is working fine?
