Q: "Your purchase could not be completed"

Gtting intermittent message "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" when I attempt to purchase from iTunes extra lives for Candy Rush game. It says, check with iTunes Support..for assistance...but it takes me to the main page...:( how do I fix this?

It was fixed by Chat with Apple.  Excellent. The account needed to be "updated" on their end.  thx Apple!
