Q: Is it normal that sometimes one of the usb port on mac book pro is not working, and after resetting SMC, it woks again ?

If after resetting SMC, the usb port works again, should we still send the mac to a mac service center ?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
