Q: if I change my country to Spain will I loose my current itunes purchases?

I moved to spain last year but didnt change my country or region. Now that I have cancelled my old credit cards the store will not accept my Spanish credit card. If i change location will I still have my old itunes purchases? Is itunes spain only in spanish?

You will not lose anything you have stored on your computer.

You will not be able to redownload them, as you cannot use other countries iTunes stores.

    Supa Dupa,

The purchases are yours to play anywhere in the world, but you will lose the ability to re-download new copies.  To avoid loss, make sure that your purchases have been downloaded to your hard drive as well as to at least one backup device such as an external hard drive.

Is itunes spain only in spanish?

The iTunes Store in Spain is only in Spanish.  See the complete list here:  iTunes: Changing the display language - Apple Support

the iTunes program can be set to any available language no matter where you are.  (Same reference document.)
