    The App Store has nothing to do with Apple Pay.

     

    The App Store uses the credit card you registered with iTunes (at Settings > iTunes & App Stores).

     

    Not only is the above true, but additionally, you could not use Apple Pay anyway because your profile says you have an iPhone 5S.  Only iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ (and iPad Air 2) support Apple Pay.
