Q: Do I need a different cord coming out of my appletv 3 to hook into my airbook mac current is too larg.

I bought an appletv 3 device a few months ago. Was working fine now not so much. The apple tv 3 comes up now with a logo of i tunes with a electric 3 prong plug showing will not let me access main menu or netflix. tried to put usb cord from apple tv 3 into my computer NOT usb is too big for my mac air. please advise before my head implodes!

Your Apple TV has a Micro USB port. You need a MicroUSB to USB cable.
