Q: Family member leaves iCloud -- Purchases?

If a family member leaves iCloud does the account head (parent) keep the purchases that account initiated or do they belong to the account that left?

The Parent with the credit card paid for all the purchases, but when that account leaves does the parent keep the purchases that were INITIATED by the child account or do they belong exclusively to the child account?

Here's the text from that page:
"You'll keep any purchases you initiated while part of the family group. However, if the organizer was paying for your iCloud storage or any other ongoing subscriptions, you'll need to start paying for them yourself using a valid payment method on your account. Learn how to add a credit or debit card to your iTunes Store account."

It does NOT specify if the parent also keeps the purchase or not.

Since the purchases are technically made by the Parent account and associated with that ID, yes, the Parent account keeps them.
