Q: want family sharing to have access to home sharing

I have had home sharing setup on my computer for many years.  I have 2 kids and recently set them up with the family sharing.  The issue is they don't seem to have access to the home sharing library of music.  How can I set them up for both Family Sharing and Home Sharing?
