Q: Cannot find OS X Lion in App Store.

I purchased OS X Lion a couple months back but now i've actually came to download it to my iMac i cannot find it in my App store purchases or my online apple store account, How can i access this? As i've brought a product that i cant use!

Check that it is hidden, and if so, unhide it -> Hide and unhide purchases in the Mac App Store - Apple Support Then, you should be able to download Lion.

If it is not available, contact with the Mac App Store support team -> http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact
