Q: MBP 2014 temperatures

Hi everyone!

I've have my MBP 15'' mid 2014 bought recently. It also running Windows 7 via Boot Camp. I'm using this laptop mainly for 3d-animation and sound, and recenly noticed that my MBP gets very hot while working in Touchdesigner (Windows 7). I've downloaded a couple of apps to monitor internal CPU temperatures and here's what I've got (average for all CPU cores):

Idle condition:

36-45°

Usual working condition (running Sketchup, CADs, Ableton, Illustrator e.t.c.):

45-75°

Working in 3d-editors (Touchdesigner e.t.c.):

90-100°

This data I've collected with and without a cooling pad (there's a 5-10° difference, but in both cases temperature hits 100°).

Is there something I should worry about?

Can Mac Fan Controll help me dealing with this issue(e.g. setting RPM to 5000-6000)?

Is it good for hardware to override automatic fan settings with 3rd-party apps?

Thank you!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), Mac OS X (10.0.x), null
