Q: Ask to Buy feature not accepting my password

I'm using Yosemite and my daughter has an iPad with iOS 8.  When she requests to buy an app I am notified.  I chose to approve, entered my iCloud username and password, and was asked to enter it again, and again, and again, and... you get the idea.  I've checked that I'm using the correct username and password by logging into iCloud.com.  Anyone else seeing this problem?  Any suggestions?

 

When posting this question there was no community to choose from for Yosemite.
