Dec 22, 2014 12:49 PM in response to dina252by ChrisJ4203,If the device was not locked, they cannot turn Find My iPhone off without your password. They can turn the phone off, but not Find My iPhone. The Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with Find My iPhone being activated on a device. If you log into www.icloud.com, can you still see the device listed, but marked offline?

Dec 22, 2014 12:49 PM in response to dina252by KiltedTim,If the Find My iPhone service was turned off in the settings for your iCloud account on the phone, or you did not have your iCloud account set up on the device, there's nothing you can do other than report it to your carrier and the police, and change all of your passwords.
