Q: I just purchased a sons connect and imported my iTunes library into songs. I can't play protected songs on songs. How can I get the songs unprotected?

How can I play iTunes protected songs through Sonos Connect, or in the alternative, how can I get the songs unprotected in iTunes?

I found a song I purchased with DRM that is now available as iTunes plus for $1.29. If I click to buy it, will I pay the full $1.29 or just the additional $0.30 above the $0.99 I already paid? Thank you for your quick response to my earlier post.

If you’ve signed up for iTunes Match, you’ll be able to get the unprotected version for free. If not, it’ll be $1.29; it’s no longer possible to pay to upgrade individual tracks.
