Dec 25, 2014 9:37 PM in response to littlelynn2010by littlelynn2010,I tried to verify a disk 2 in that same menu, it said it needed to be repaired. I clicked repair and it ran for a bit before telling me it could not be repaired. What do I do?

Dec 26, 2014 9:27 AM in response to littlelynn2010by Eric Root,Do you have a backup? If so, in the Recovery Partition go to Disk Utility/Erase, select Mac OS Extended (Journaled), click Option GUID, and erase the disk. Then re-install the OS. Reboot and use Setup Assistant to recover your data.
