Q: Need help De-Authrizing all computers.

Hello, So, recently I entitled an problem. I just sold my old two computers and I forgot to De-Authorize them in a hurry. So, Now when I try to De-Authorize All Computers, It says I have to wait until June 2015. And Then I E-Mailed Apple about my Issue; That I sold 2 PCs and want to remove them from my ID and register my brand new one I got a week ago. So, They said I will get a reply within 48 Hours and now it's been more than 48 Hours, Just around 50 hours now and No reply till yet. It's really annoying; I know I can add my new PC as I have only authorized two at the moment but I still don't want to do it until Apple Removes both for security reasons. So, It's really frustrating, I have to Sync and Backup my iPod Touch 4, iPad Mini and iPhone 5s to my new PC but because of that problem I cannot. So, Now what should I do now ? Since Apple hasn't even replied to me even after they said they will between a certain amount of time.

I have my Case Number if you guys need it.

Please tell me my options now.

-Harshpreet

Try contacting iTunes Support again, they may have had reduced staff and been busy over the Christmas period, and include your original case number : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

(For info we are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here.)

So dude, you mean publish it again wait another 48 Hours? Wow, Why does even Apple limit De-Authorize All Computers to once a year anyways? It's a bit annoying and weird. I know for Security Reasons but like, If you wanna remove a PC that you added to your ID you have to ask Apple for it; Lol. Maybe if you wanna add you might verify or something but what if somebody steals my PC and what, I have to wait for Apple to remove it for me? I bet by then the thief will steal every bit of information.

Don't I have another way for this or something? And King, Is Apple's Online E-Mail Support 24/7? Or are they Off at the moment?

You may have to wait up to 48 hours, and as far as I know there are people working in the Support site 24/7. If you know where the two computers that you sold are then you could go to them and deauthorise your account on them, or you could temporarily deauthorise one of the computers that you still have so that you can authorise your new computer.

Deauthorising a computer will have little effect if a computer is stolen, all it does is stop iTunes downloads being played/used on it - it doesn't remove any content from the computer.

I only had Authorized 2 Computers, I can add my new one I know but I would like to do it when both the others are removed. And I don't know where they are now, because I sold them at a Shop who sold them on somewhere forward. And I already waited 48 Hours, Instead waited 50 HOURS. So, now I have no option rather than just keep E-Mailing Apple like a goose and keep waiting?

If you didn't deauthorise them before you sold them and you've already 'deauthorised all' within the past 12 months then yes, iTunes Support are the only people who can potentially deauthorise them for you.

I know, Only Apple Staffs can now De-Authorize it.

So, E-Mail is the only way to contact that Support? Since my Warranty expired 2 weeks ago for the 5s. It's pretty dumb since I just waited 48 Hours and have to wait another 48 hours....Not happy with Apple today.

That contact link is the only way to contact them, if email is the only option that you get then you can only use that.
