Q: two accounts with apple

i seem to have two accounts with apple. i tunes has balance and name correct. app store has nothing, no purchased apps or balance. email sent to apple, but no response, they have slipped the last several years in service.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), 8 Gig ram I-7

    Apple ID security issues -

    1. Go to www.apple.com/support

    2. Choose Contact Support and click Contact Us

    3. Choose Other Apple ID Topics and choose the appropriate topic for your issue

    4. Follow the onscreen instructions

    No phone numbers only e mail, I did send one yesterday. there is a number for Apple care
