Q: How do I download a previously purchased Movie?

Hello Community,

I have downloaded the following movies from the iTunes Store; "Inception", "The Interview", "Argo".

The movies originally started to download, but as I did not have the greatest abundance of space, my iPad asked if I wanted to download them later.

I accepted and decided to download my purchses "Later".

I then opened the movies app which usually displays purchases I have in iCloud or on the iTunes Store, but it did not display any of the three films.

As I assumed something must have been incorrect with the way I purchased the movies, I went back to the iTunes Store, and attempted to re-buy the movies. The iTunes Store does not allow me to buy the movies when I push the "Buy for 6.99" button.

Please help me with the following;

1. Ensure that I do not pay for the same purchase more than once.

2. Help me retrieve and download my movies ASAP.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.2

    Go to the iTunes Store on your device, click on More>Purchased>Movies>Not on this iPad, and you should see your purchases listed. If they are not listed there, then check your Video app to make sure they are not already downloaded.

    Downloading (using iOS or computer) past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not all media formats are available in all countries (see: iTunes in the Cloud, iTunes Match, and iTunes Radio availability by country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085); apps, books (not audiobooks), music, t.v. shows, and movies (some - not all studios have permitted this).  Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.  Discontinued items not available. For items not included in the iCloud list (e.g., ringtones, audiobooks), or locations or computer systems where iCloud is not (yet?) available, you only get one download per fee paid.  Apple recommends,  "... back up your iTunes library. " (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519).

    If you think you have made the purchase (it shows on your credit card bill) but it is not accessible go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column; 'iTunes Store' in the second column; third column click 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption' and proceed from there.
