Q: Apple country/Region from US to New Zealand

Can someone help me with this as the Country/Region is not an editable option in the iTunes billing section? We have 7 Apple devices connected to a MacPro, but currently can't change all the information to our new life in New Zealand.

I can't change the country of my iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store account - http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5375
