Jan 2, 2015 5:13 PM in response to Ollie_3151by Demo,Try rebooting again and I assume that you are holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Hold down on the buttons for 20 seconds or longer than the recommended 10 seconds. Sometimes it take a little longer. Try it a few times. If it still fails, try restoring as explained in the kb article that you were reading when you posted the question to the community.

Jan 3, 2015 5:27 AM in response to Peligonby Demo,Yes, you will lose everything. You can restore a backup if you have one and you can download most paid content again for free if you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with.
