No, we cannot. We are your fellow users. The Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page has links to customer support for the iTunes/App Store. That's where I'd start.

GO to the contact uo at the bottom right and call the corporate number. They can help you at that number.

I have a charge on my bill for $1.29 on July 28th - I have not gotten anything from ITunes and would like someone to look into this. thank you.
