If the music is still in the store and you haven't changed countries since buying it, then on your phone you can either go to the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app and redownload it from there, or turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'on' and it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against it for redownloading.

Or on your computer's iTunes you can go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page and redownload it from there. Or go into Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tickbox and it should then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading.

If not all music shows then check to see if you've hidden any of your purchases : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases.
