not the best end to my amazing trip of a lifetime but hey stuff happens and it could have been a lot worse
yesterday the guy at the clinic called me a real sweetie... never been accused of that before ! I think he was trying to be nice

so don't "Spat the dummy" at him the next time - the Deep South is very big on being Charming (Southern Charm)
