Q: Apps have asked my permission to go in to camera and turn (for example; 'Instagram' on. But no apps will show up!!

II'll go into an app, for example, Instagram, and try to post something, yeah? Well it will say "Please turn 'Instagram' on in camera.

How to:

Open your device settings

Go to privacy

Go to camera

Turn Instagram ON"

So I'll follow all the steps, yeah? But when I get into camera, no apps will show up! Please help!

Sorry you're misunderstanding it.  That means your allowing access to your camera roll when you're using the Instagram App.

It not for giving access to Instagram when you open a photo in your camera roll - the only options for that is message/mail/FB/twitter/flickr.
