Q: why is my MacBook pro to hot

please help me. i dont sure what is happenig because every time I used mi laptop it has a rare sound that is some strong and this scares me because the laptop is to hot too, so its advisable to take technical service or its normal. it should be emphasized that the problem is more strog when a program is installing but all the time is present. Help me PLEASE!!!
