Q: What am I supposed to NOW?
I bought an iPhone off craigslist. It was running iOS 7.1.2.
The device had an iCloud on it. The guy I bought it from deleted his account off of it then proceeded to wipe his stuff using the "Erase content and setting" under the Reset tab in settings.
The phone wiped, asked for his iCloud to bypass activation lock, he put them in and then I proceeded to input my iCloud credentials to sign in.
I got the email saying my iCloud was used to sign into an iPhone 4s and blah blah blah. The iPhone was working fine until I decided to restore the iPhone today and update it to 8.1.2. My 7.1.2 had a lot of clutter so I decided it was time to start fresh.
The restore went smoothly until I tried to re-set up the iPhone.
I was then prompted with a different iCloud account other than mine.
The iPhone still appears in the "Find My iPhone" thing online.
I tried to re-wipe it using that but no luck.
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?
I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE GUY
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.2, null
