Q: An email not linked with my account

so i forgot my security questions and i wanted to reset them, but when i tried to i noticed the email it was trying to send to an email address ive never made before "Send reset security info email to y•••••@hotmail.com"which ive never made an email that starts with an Y, so i went to go see my emails linked with my account and none of them start Y, so i have no idea what that email address is and why its saying that. and ive tried sending the email to it anyways but i still dont get it

Have you sold any devices in the past through a website like Amazon or Ebay (or any other site)? If so, did you reset them completely?

no but i have let people use my apple ID in the past, and ive changed the password since. how would i go about fixing that because i have no way of contacting those people

and its pretty wierd it would use someone elses email even though the only two emails that are linked to my account are mine

its my rescue address and even if i change the pass and my email it wont let me change that
