Jan 10, 2015 1:00 AM in response to Abdulah ahmed mosallamyby Rojmer,Your post is not very clear but I believe you are trying to say that you bought an iPhone 4S from a previous user and restored it to factory settings. Then you tried to activate it and the iPhone is asking for an Apple ID and password that are not yours but belong to the previous user. If I have understood your post correctly, you have encountered Activation Lock and you need to either obtain the Apple ID and password that the iPhone is activation locked to OR get the previous owner to remove your iPhone from his iCloud Find my iPhone account.
Read the following articles to find out how:

Jan 10, 2015 1:12 AM in response to Abdulah ahmed mosallamyby Rojmer,It is not a good idea to post your phone number and email address on a public forum. Maybe the moderators can edit your post.
If, as you seem to say now, you own the Apple ID account that the iPhone is locked to, you need to enter that Apple ID and password to activate the iPhone. If you do not own it, then you need to get the owner to remove your iPhone from that Apple ID as detailed in the articles I linked to my first reply.
There is no other solution to get your iPhone activated.

Jan 10, 2015 1:27 AM in response to Abdulah ahmed mosallamyby Rojmer,The serial number of the device will not help you to get it activated. Once again please note that you need to remove your iPhone from the Apple ID it is locked to. Until it is removed from that Apple ID you cannot activate the iPhone. You need to get the previous owner to remove the iPhone from his account. The links to the articles I posted earlier will tell you how it is done.
There is no other solution. Read those articles carefully.

What can i do ..
You've been told what you can do. You need to contact the previous owner and get him to unlock the phone. If you are unable to contact him then the phone is permanently disabled and you will never be able to use it. Apple cannot unlock it for you, and there is absolutely no way round this.
