Q: Problems with native OS X apps after Yosemite upgrade

Hi there..

2 days after I upgraded to Yosemite from OS X 10.6.8, native applications like Mail, Map, Contacts etc are not opening. Safari is starting properly, but I can't make a search with Bing, or I can't write a new address to go; I can only go to the Favourites with Safari.

I tried many ways by suggestions about these apps single by single, but I couldn't find any similar situation in internet, which all these apps are gone (except the Calendar).

Where should I look to solve this problem? Any suggestions?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
