    It's almost impossible to know why something isn't happening. Maybe Activity is banned in Saudi Arabia or maybe you confused the Forum software with the different user names, I just don't know.  For the time being instead of Activity go to content then Authored or Participated, they have all the same information as Activity and are much simpler to use.

    Here is what I would recommend to DISCOVER adequate data - this is not iPad specific, but SOP for troubleshooting / debugging

     

    We are admitting that we know nothing except:
          iPad & iOS 8.1.2

         What model? / year? / when purchased? FROM whom?

         What kind of connection to the Internet?

     

    If we can do this, it may solve the mystery   ===  Know any friends that have an iPad? Problems with OP's AppleID logging in on it?

    OP have another iDevice to test with - PC or Mac?

     

    Any deviation from SOME scientific method & I'm out because we know NOTHING!

     

    1. restart / reset in all possible ways to get the device back to out-of-the-box condition - no added gizmos or widgets = Equivalent of SAFE BOOT on a Mac?
    2. Discover if OP can Browse ANY website and use its features - Google for example? = get results? = Take screenshots
    3. Discover by asking the question "What exact steps do you take to arrive at Apple Support Communities"? Do You:
      1. Open Safari? = Take a screenshot
      2. Choose a Safari Bookmark? If so, what URL? = Take a screenshot
    4. How do you arrive at your Activity Page? Do you:
      1. Tap your Username? = Take a screenshot
      2. Tap the Activity 'Category' TAB? = Take a screenshot
      3. OR do you Use a Safari Bookmark? = Take a screenshot

    They most likely a foreign or were just typing fast and left out some words. The '' communities'' is referring to the Apple support communities.
