If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If it's a different problem ... ?

Jan 10, 2015 10:39 PM in response to King_Penguinby Duyhoang,I bought 3 packs $100 of gems in Heroes charge by Ucool yesterday then i were unable to buy anymore. I dont remember how many times that I have met this issue, this is so inconvenient because I want to buy gems.
When i clicked to buy gems, it appeared 2 boxes which say: "Cannot connect to Itunes Store" and " Please contact Itunes Support at www...."
Why do you guys keep letting this issue happens to players? this issue had been fixed for me but it still be repeated whenever I buy more than 2 packs of gems per day, so annoyed !! Or do you think that I am cheating or hacking? I have been playing some Apple games such as Clash of clans but they never have this problem of purchasing gems.
please try to help me to solve this problem. My account ID in Heroes charge is 4911036, server 33 Tyre, my nick name is HoaTrongTuyet.

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you will have to do so :
